Subluxated cataract with preexisting PC rupture. The plan in this case was to use capsular hooks, do phaco, put CTR, and put IOL in the bag. while doing hydrodissection in these cases, avoid forceful hydro. The soft cataract was phacoaspirated. Always inject visco before withdrawing probe . It was noticed that the rent was there with intact aterior hyaloid. for last subincisional cortex, dry aspiration was used. 3 piece iol was placed in sulcus with optic capture. Triamcinolone was used to rule out vitreous prolapse.
