This video highlights certain surgical pearls for managing a traumatic subluxated Cataract. The strategy involved in this case is performing an optimal sized CCC centered around the bag ,using the CTR to stabilise the bag after hydrodissection, and after nucleus emulsification, placing a multipiece Lens in the Sulcus with optic Capture to ensure better centration of the IOL.
