Dr Sourabh Patwardhan demonstrates hydrodelineation method for phacoaspiration for soft cataract management. i particularly use this method when the CCC is not too big. First do hydrodissection and then do hydrodileneation. Keep decompressing the chamber, so that the pressure does not increase. Apply high vaccum at the edge of the nucleus so that the endonucleus starts rotating and is aspirated. For the epinucleus, apply vaccum without power at the edge of the ant. capsule. Use higher bottle height or IOP to maintain ac stability.
