This film takes us through the surgical strategies aimed at preserving the remaining Posterior Capsule while performing anterior vitrectomy. By using appropriate parameters and bottle height , this video demonstrates that we can prevent the extension of PC tear while performing bimanual limbal anterior vitrectomy.
