This Video highlights certain non -technical issues which every surgeon should be aware of. The Surgeon should have his priorities very clear for the clinical scenario at hand. Situation awareness is an important virtue ,every surgeon should possess for sensible decision making which eventually would ensure good outcome.
In this case of an elderly patient with a hard cataract, a Manual SICS Procedure is performed with adequate precautions to ensure the best possible outcomes.
