Posterior Polar Cataract

This film revisits the standard protocols to be followed while operating on a case of Posterior polar cataract. The principle of low flow low infusion is highlighted.
Incidence of PC tear is noted to be higher in younger patients with Posterior polar cataract when compared older patients.
Strategies to minimise PC tear are demonstrated.
