In this video i demonstrate the technique of performing Posterior Capsulorhexis in a 7 year old girl with congenital Cataract with Nystagmus.
The 4 steps whic recommend during PCCC would be
1. Underfill the bag with OVD
2. Perforate the posterior capsule with a straight 26 G needle
3.Inject cohesive OVD through the opening in the bergers space.
4. Initiate and complete the PCCC using a forceps through the side port.
