Anterior hyaloid rupture and Vitreous prolapse can be prevented in the event of a PC tear in a significant number of patients if appropriate principles are followed. This Video highlights some of these principles . This film is about the occurrence of PC tear in an eye with Poster Polar Cataract and further management.
