A morgagnian cataract with a small pupil and weak zonules secondary to pseudoexfoliation, is a challenging scenario.
This film highlights certain common pearls and pitfalls while dealng with the small pupil and genaralized weak Zonules.
Moral : Using Iris hooks at the earlier stage of the surgery makes things significantly safer and easier.
