Dr Sourabh D Patwardhan demonstrates how to manage phaco in a extended CCC. Argentenian flag sign occured during CCC. So i did 2 semicircles on either side of CCC to complete it. The main principle is to not allow the ccc tear to extend it posteriorly. so i work at very low IOP, to avoid any deepening of AC. All the movements are gentle and small. always use visco from opposite side port before removing probe. be careful during IA to avoid holding capsular tag. Place iol gently perpendicular to torn rhexxis.
