This video highlights an unusual presentation in an eye with phacolytic glaucoma. The Anterior chamber was filled with liquifed cortex obscuring the visibility of pupil and IRIS.
This video highlights the challenges while dealing with the free floating nucleus in such morgagnian cataracts.
