Mechanical chop and how to inject hydrophilic IOL live stream with audio

Mechanical chop and hydrophilic lens injection is demonstrated in this video. After the incisions , CCC and hydrodissection, phaco is started. Mechanical chop is demonstrated for grade 1-2 nucleus. Hydrophilic IOL is placed in injector . always push and release a bit so that the haptic does not get stuck. while injecting also push and release. use your left hand to push the haptic in.For visco wash, ensure remove visco from angles, over lens surface and under the IOL. Hydrate the incisions.
