Presenting this video about a complex case of a hypermature Cataract with small rigid pupil and loose zonules secondary to pseudoexfoliation.
The challenge in this case is to preserve the loose capsular bag and achieve a posterior chamber IOL implantation.
This film shares certain practical tips on performing Manual SICS while using capsular hooks as pupil expansion device.
