Malignant Glaucoma ..?A Post Operative Challenge..! Dr Deepak Megur

This film is about a challenging situation which i encountered recently. We have a 75 year old lady who is one eyed since the other is having Absolute Glaucoma secondary to Angle Closure Glaucoma. The patient underwent uneventful phacoemulsification for posterior subcapsular cataract in the better eye and recovered very good vision in the immediate post op period.But on the 8 th day she presented with sudden loss of vision with raised IOP and a flat anterior chamber.
