Look at the bigger picture: Surgical training

In this video, i stress on focussing on the bigger picture during surgery. A trainee is operating . during the ccc, he is focussing on holding the flap well and edge of the flap. Howewer, he missed the bigger picture where the ccc has gone beyond the central 5.5 mm margin. The ccc went into the zonules and had to be rescued using the quick pull maneouvre. So, during the surgery dont just focus on the particular step, but look at the whole picture.
