IOL exchange monofocal to multifocal

This patient underwent monofocal IOL implantation. Though visual acuity was 20/20 patient was not happy with near vision. So patient opted for getting IOL exchange and get Multifocal IOL instead of monofocal IOL. DR Sourabh D Patwardhan demonstrates elegantly done IOL exchnage. Postoperatively patient enjoys 20/20 and N6 unaided vision
