This video highlights the surgical strategies in a 55 year old man with dense Cataract & loose zonules secondary to blunt trauma. Capsule hooks are used to stabilize the bag, followed by emulsification of the nucleus. Then CTR is implanted in to the bag followed placing a multi-piece Hydrophobic IOL in the sulcus with optic capture .
