This video is a critical analysis of certain common mistakes committed by a beginner surgeon. I will be taking through a case being performed by a relative novice suregin and commenting on certain steps during the surgery.
5 critical errors will be discussed. 1) Nucleus not being stabilized,2) Adequate amount of energy not being used 3) Widening of the superficial groove not done.4) poor visibility due to lack of microscope centration during lateral separation 5) Superficial placement of the 2 instruments in the trench during lateral separation.
