For softer grade of cataracts, trench divide or divide and Conquer is still the safest and most dependable technique. It is a must learn technique. If one follows simple tricks and tips demonstrated in this video, the technique is very easy to master. unlike common misconception it doesnt take longer to divide and good surgeons can easily complete a phaco case in 6- 8 minutes using this technque.
